Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 2+ years of equity research or financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, comparables)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- CFA Level 1/2 candidate or certification holder
- Knowledge of Philippine market regulations and practices
