Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct rigorous fundamental research on assigned sectors and companies to identify investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
- Write high-quality, actionable research reports, earnings previews, and industry deep-dives for institutional and retail clients.
- Analyze annual reports, regulatory filings, and earnings transcripts to extract critical investment insights.
- Monitor market volatility and news flow to provide timely updates on stock ratings and price targets.
- Participate in company site visits and engage with management teams to gain a competitive edge in market knowledge.
- Collaborate with the investment team to refine valuation methodologies and sector strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field; CFA/CPA candidates are highly preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, or asset management.
- Expertise in financial statement analysis and advanced stock valuation techniques.
- Proficiency in financial data platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters, or FactSet.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (modeling) and the ability to present complex data clearly in PowerPoint.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to process vast amounts of data efficiently.
