In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence by managing high-value client relationships and identifying new investment opportunities within the region.
As an Equity Sales representative, you will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing them with insightful market analysis and tailored investment strategies. You will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with existing retail and institutional clients while aggressively pursuing new prospects to grow the branch's portfolio. Tanggung Jawab
- Cultivate and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients to expand the branch's equity client base.
- Provide personalized advisory services and market updates to existing customers to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Execute equity trade orders accurately and promptly while ensuring compliance with internal and OJK regulations.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular financial market briefings and educate clients on stock market trends and investment products.
- Collaborate with the research team to translate technical market data into actionable advice for clients.
- Prepare comprehensive activity reports and sales performance presentations for branch management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Possession of WPEE (Wakil Perantara Pedagang Efek) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in equity sales, brokerage, or financial services.
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian capital market, trading platforms, and technical/fundamental analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and persuasion skills with a proven track record in sales.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
