Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain a high-value portfolio of institutional and private clients through proactive networking and strategic outreach.
- Provide insightful market commentary and equity research updates to clients to facilitate informed investment decisions.
- Execute equity trade orders accurately and efficiently in alignment with client investment mandates.
- Collaborate with the research and trading desks to identify unique investment opportunities and market trends.
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analysis to ensure client satisfaction and portfolio optimization.
- Stay abreast of macroeconomic developments, regulatory changes, and regional market sentiment in the APAC equity landscape.
- Participate in roadshows, investor events, and client networking sessions to represent the firm effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in equity sales, brokerage, or financial services advisory.
- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and financial derivatives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Bloomberg Terminal is highly advantageous.
- Relevant certifications such as CMFAS modules (M1A, M6, M6A) are highly preferred.
