Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full-cycle integration of Epicor ERP systems with AI-driven platforms, specifically leveraging Claude for data analysis and process automation.
- Design, develop, and maintain custom APIs and middleware to ensure seamless data flow between legacy ERP databases and modern AI applications.
- Automate manual reporting processes by creating intelligent scripts that synthesize ERP data into executive-level insights.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy AI-driven solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure ERP reliability, data integrity, and AI model precision.
- Document technical specifications, integration architectures, and system workflows to maintain high standards of code quality.
- Provide technical mentorship and support to cross-functional teams regarding the capabilities and limitations of integrated AI tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP systems management, specifically with Epicor (Kinetic or earlier versions).
- Proven proficiency in software development, including Python, C#, or SQL, with a focus on API integration (REST/SOAP).
- Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI API integration (Claude/OpenAI) is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of business processes, supply chain management, and financial modules within an ERP context.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
