Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects from requirement gathering to post-launch support
- Conduct comprehensive business process analysis to identify optimization opportunities
- Develop detailed functional specifications and system configuration documents
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of customized solutions
- Provide client training and ongoing technical support post-implementation
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues
- Document project progress and maintain stakeholder communication
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation or consulting
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Certification in ERP systems or project management is a plus
