Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ERP system modules to support organizational growth.
- Lead the lifecycle of ERP projects, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Oversee system performance and reliability, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal user experience.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify process bottlenecks and implement technical solutions to improve productivity.
- Manage database security, integrity, and backup procedures for critical enterprise data.
- Mentor junior developers and support team members on best practices and platform-specific coding standards.
- Develop custom scripts and integrations between the ERP system and other third-party software platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in ERP development and administration (e.g., SAP, Odoo, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Proven track record of project management and leading technical teams in a corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of SQL, database management, and API integrations.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work from our Angeles City office, demonstrating strong local leadership and team engagement.
