Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Workday Finance (Core Financials, Expenses, Procurement, etc.).
- Translate complex business financial needs into robust Workday functional specifications.
- Perform system configuration, unit testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Provide expert-level guidance to clients regarding Workday best practices and financial process automation.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training documentation and workshops for end-users.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues within the Workday environment.
- Collaborate with technical teams for data integration, reporting requirements, and security configuration.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Consultant, specifically within the Workday Finance ecosystem.
- Proven expertise in at least two Workday Finance functional areas (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Management).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial business processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of successful software implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical partners.
- Workday certification is highly preferred.
