Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, covering requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and develop optimized ERP workflows.
- Provide expert training to end-users and project stakeholders to ensure high system adoption rates.
- Collaborate with technical developers to manage system customizations and integration requirements.
- Perform system testing, including UAT support and data migration validation.
- Offer ongoing post-implementation support to resolve technical issues and enhance system functionality.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and project status reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation (Kingdee, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of business processes such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or CRM.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business solutions.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
