Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels within the ERP system to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
- Process and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading and packing lists, ensuring accuracy.
- Analyze logistics data to generate reports that support decision-making and process improvements.
- Assist in the reconciliation of ERP data with physical inventory counts to ensure data integrity.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments regarding logistics requirements and delays.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms) is a strong plus.
- Proficient in basic computer applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing and transport logistics principles.
- Ability to work full time in Balanga City, Bataan.
