Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the ERP logistics module, ensuring accurate data entry and system configuration.
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, optimizing routes and carrier selection to minimize costs and transit times.
- Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliations, analyzing discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.
- Generate and analyze logistics performance reports (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to align supply with demand and resolve order fulfillment issues.
- Train and support end-users on logistics-related ERP processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation and upgrade of ERP system functionalities related to the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or ERP management roles.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Familiarity with Philippine logistics regulations and customs procedures is a strong advantage.
