Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation for FMCG operations including sales, inventory, and supply chain modules
- Analyze business processes and requirements to design customized ERP solutions
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder communications
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans
- Configure, test, and deploy Odoo modules with FMCG-specific customizations
- Provide user training and support system adoption
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot integration issues
- Document project deliverables and maintain system knowledge base
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years ERP implementation experience with Odoo in FMCG sector
- Expertise in Odoo modules: Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting
- Strong analytical skills and business process mapping abilities
- Proven project management experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- FMCG industry knowledge and supply chain experience
- Certification in Odoo or ERP systems preferred
