Tanggung Jawab
- Lead full-cycle ERP implementation projects from discovery to go-live
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Manage project resources including budget, timeline, and vendor relationships
- Develop detailed project plans using Agile/Waterfall methodologies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Facilitate user acceptance testing and change management
- Provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of ERP project management experience (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management credentials
- Proven track record of managing complex IT implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP system configuration and customization
