We are looking for a dynamic and experienced ERP Project Manager to join SL Information Solutions Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) projects. You will drive the strategy, execution, and delivery of key initiatives, ensuring they meet stringent timelines, budget constraints, and the highest standards of quality.
Your primary focus will be on bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will define clear project scopes, manage cross-functional resources, and ensure that client satisfaction remains the cornerstone of every deliverable. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP projects from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure strict cost control and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues before they impact the timeline.
- Conduct regular status reviews and provide detailed reports to senior management.
- Facilitate training sessions and handovers to ensure successful system adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically within ERP environments (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP or PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
