Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end ERP project lifecycles from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate cross-functional global teams to deliver seamless digital transformation initiatives
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications
- Oversee system integrations, testing protocols, and user adoption strategies
- Drive continuous improvement of ERP processes and post-implementation optimization
- Prepare executive-level project status reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP project management with complex implementations
- Proven track record with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong leadership skills with demonstrated success managing cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for global stakeholder engagement
- Experience with digital transformation frameworks and change management
