Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of the ERP implementation project within the 6-month timeline.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring adherence to established parameters.
- Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively developing contingency plans.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure the quality and timely delivery of vendor services and solutions.
- Oversee change management activities, user training, and documentation to ensure smooth system adoption.
- Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior management regularly.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically with at least 3-5 years in ERP implementation projects (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor).
- Demonstrated experience in managing complex IT projects from initiation to go-live.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules and functionalities, as well as business process re-engineering.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, PRINCE2 certification is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a contract or temporary role is advantageous.
