Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the local market, specifically targeting businesses seeking ERP and accounting solutions.
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand client pain points and recommend the best-fit software modules.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless integration of software and accurate client expectations.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product enhancements to provide competitive insights to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in selling ERP, CRM, or Accounting software.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly within the accounting and finance sectors.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve targets and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage for field visits.
- Relevant degree or professional certification in Business, IT, or Sales is preferred.
