Tanggung Jawab
- Design end-to-end ERP architecture solutions aligned with business objectives
- Lead requirement gathering workshops with stakeholders across finance, operations, and supply chain
- Define system integration strategies for ERP modules with CRM, SCM, and BI platforms
- Develop technical specifications, data models, and implementation roadmaps
- Oversee ERP solution deployment, testing, and user adoption phases
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and data governance standards
- Provide technical guidance to development teams during customization phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- Minimum 7 years' ERP implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA or Oracle Fusion
- Certification in ERP solution architecture (e.g., SAP Solution Architect, Oracle ACE)
- Expertise in business process re-engineering methodologies
- Proven track record in leading complex ERP transformation projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in telecom or large-scale enterprise environments preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
