Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Ramco ERP solutions across the organization.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of business requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
- Manage system integrations between Ramco ERP and other third-party enterprise platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement and performance optimization of existing ERP modules.
- Provide expert technical guidance to development teams and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Ensure data security, system compliance, and maintain documentation for all architectural changes.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide root cause analysis for technical bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ERP architecture and implementation, with a focus on Ramco ERP.
- Deep understanding of enterprise business processes, including Finance, Supply Chain, and HR modules.
- Proven expertise in system integration techniques and API management.
- Strong background in database management, system configuration, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to process improvement.
