Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical data visualization strategies.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all Power BI datasets and ETL processes.
- Optimize DAX queries and data models to improve report performance and scalability.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for the development team.
- Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of BI tools.
- Stay updated on the latest Power BI features and ERP industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) as a Business Intelligence Developer, Data Analyst, or ERP Consultant.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (Desktop, Service, and Report Builder).
- Expert knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and SQL for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local enterprise systems).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
