Tanggung Jawab
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for ERP systems including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user assistance
- Monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and optimal functionality
- Document technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and incident reports
- Conduct user training sessions on ERP features and best practices
- Assist in system implementations, upgrades, and testing cycles
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high-resolution rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP system support or administration
- Strong proficiency in ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with technical aptitude
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently during Australian shift hours (typically evening/night in PH)
- Experience with ITSM tools and incident management processes
- Certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable
