Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily administration, maintenance, and support of ERP platforms, specifically focusing on SAP and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Manage user access rights, perform system upgrades, and ensure optimal performance of enterprise software applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and configure ERP modules to improve operational workflows.
- Generate and maintain complex reports and dashboards using Qlik Sense to provide actionable insights for management.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve system errors, and provide timely technical support to internal users across the organization.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity across all ERP systems and databases.
- Conduct regular system audits and implement best practices for process automation and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Analysis, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in ERP administration, with specific expertise in SAP and/or Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Strong proficiency in Qlik Sense for data visualization and reporting.
- Deep understanding of database structures, SQL, and system integration principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical staff members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
