Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operational health, security, and performance of the ERP Supply Chain system.
- Establish, implement, and enforce robust master data governance (MDG) policies and data quality standards.
- Lead quality assurance (QA) activities including system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of new releases and patches.
- Manage system configuration, enhancements, and integration projects, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Supervise and mentor the ERP support and development team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Monitor system performance metrics and generate actionable reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics) within a Supply Chain environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain processes (Inventory Management, Procurement, Order to Cash, Logistics).
- Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data governance frameworks, and data cleansing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a track record of delivering results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant ERP certifications are highly advantageous (e.g., SAP MM/SD Certification, Oracle SCM Cloud Certification).
