In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining the integrity of our production environment by ensuring Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) compliance across all manufacturing lines. You will work closely with engineering and quality assurance teams to prevent component damage, uphold our rigorous global quality standards, and contribute to the seamless delivery of high-precision technological solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine audits and inspections of ESD-protected areas (EPA) to ensure compliance with international standards.
- Perform verification testing on ESD equipment, including wrist straps, footwear, mats, and ionization systems.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and logs of all ESD testing, audits, and corrective actions taken.
- Support the production team in implementing and improving ESD control measures on the shop floor.
- Identify and troubleshoot potential ESD failure points within the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular training sessions for floor staff regarding ESD best practices and safe handling procedures.
- Assist in the procurement and evaluation of new ESD prevention materials and equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment, preferably with ESD control knowledge.
- Strong understanding of ESD safety standards (e.g., ANSI/ESD S20.20 or equivalent).
- Proficient in using measuring instruments such as surface resistance meters and charge plate monitors.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive testing tasks with precision.
- Effective communication skills to interact with various levels of production staff.
- Ability to work independently and adhere to strict quality and safety protocols.
