UNIMATEC is seeking a dedicated and experienced ESH (Environment, Safety, and Health) Engineer to join our dynamic team in Jurong Island and Bukom. As an ESH Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant working environment. You will work closely with the ESH Section Manager to develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive ESH programs and activities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the ESH Section Manager in planning, developing, and executing ESH-related activities and programs.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and prepare comprehensive reports with actionable corrective measures.
- Organize and facilitate ESH training sessions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings for employees and contractors.
- Monitor and maintain ESH management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and keep abreast of changes in local Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) legislation.
- Develop and promote initiatives to continuously enhance the overall safety culture within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related scientific/engineering discipline.
- Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) in Singapore is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant ESH experience, ideally in the petrochemical, oil & gas, or heavy engineering industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's WSH laws, MOM regulations, and environmental compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with all levels of staff and management.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001 is a strong advantage.
