As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, you will play a crucial role in implementing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, and fostering a culture of safety excellence on construction and marine sites. This permanent position offers an attractive compensation package with a competitive salary ranging from $5,000 to $6,000 monthly, complemented by comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive ESH policies, procedures, and safety programs for construction and marine projects
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate and deliver safety training programs, toolbox talks, and emergency response drills
- Monitor and enforce adherence to environmental, safety, and health standards and regulations
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate safety into all project phases
- Maintain accurate ESH documentation, records, and statistical data for regulatory compliance
- Champion a proactive safety culture and encourage continuous improvement in ESH performance
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ESH engineering, preferably in construction or marine industry
- Possession of relevant safety certifications such as WSH Coordinator, NEBOSH, or equivalent qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Workplace Safety and Health Act and environmental regulations
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and control measures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ESH management software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, safety data sheets, and regulatory documents
