Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide professional HSE consultancy and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Lead safety briefings, tool-box talks, and comprehensive training sessions for onsite personnel.
- Investigate industrial incidents or accidents, analyze root causes, and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for management and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and evaluate site performance against Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) regulations and client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety and Health (OSH), Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in HSE or ESH executive roles, preferably within an industrial or consultancy setting.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysian OSH laws, environmental regulations, and industry-standard safety certifications.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High level of professional integrity and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across project sites as required by business operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and technical report writing.
