Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor ESL instructors to ensure high-quality remote teaching delivery.
- Oversee the implementation of curriculum standards across all language programs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to faculty members.
- Collaborate with the academic team to develop and update teaching materials and resources.
- Address and resolve pedagogical challenges faced by instructors in the virtual classroom.
- Maintain accurate records of instructor performance and curriculum progress.
- Organize professional development workshops to enhance teaching skills.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, TESOL, TEFL, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in academic support, faculty management, or teaching administration.
- Strong understanding of ESL methodologies and curriculum development principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and educational software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
