Tanggung Jawab
- Design and maintain high-intensity ESL bootcamp curricula tailored to meet specific student proficiency outcomes.
- Oversee daily bootcamp operations, ensuring seamless delivery of academic content and logistical support.
- Lead and mentor a team of ESL instructors to maintain high standards of teaching excellence.
- Analyze student performance data to continuously refine training modules and improve learning pathways.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align ESL program goals with broader institutional objectives.
- Implement assessment frameworks to track progress and validate the efficacy of language programs.
- Manage resource allocation and scheduling for all intensive training sessions.
- Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance program scalability and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a distinct advantage.
- Proven experience in ESL/EFL program development and curriculum design.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in an operations leadership or management role within an educational setting.
- Strong understanding of immersive learning methodologies and bootcamp-style educational models.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and troubleshoot operational challenges in real-time.
- TESOL, TEFL, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
