Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor comprehensive estate maintenance and landscaping schedules to preserve asset value.
- Manage daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to Ciputra Group's strict safety, quality, and service standards.
- Oversee the performance of vendors, contractors, and internal technical teams to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to optimize property management workflows and resource utilization.
- Handle tenant and resident inquiries, complaints, and requests with a high level of professionalism and conflict resolution capability.
- Prepare periodic operational reports, budgets, and financial projections for management review.
- Monitor compliance with local building regulations and environmental safety standards across the estate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in property/estate management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in managing residential, commercial, or industrial complex operations.
- Strong understanding of building maintenance, utility systems (MEP), and landscape management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and third-party service providers.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in office management software and property management information systems.
- Strong communication skills in Indonesian and English, with a customer-centric mindset.
