Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the daily operations of the estate office, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Manage and optimize the use of physical workspaces, including inventory management of office equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, security, and facility upgrades.
  • Develop and manage the operations budget, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
  • Lead and mentor the administrative support team to foster a productive and positive work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in estate management, office administration, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of facility maintenance procedures and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software.
