Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical switchboards and control systems
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation to determine project requirements
- Collaborate with engineers and procurement teams to source accurate pricing for materials
- Develop comprehensive cost models including labor, equipment, and overhead expenses
- Review and validate estimates against historical data and market trends
- Prepare bid documentation and presentations for client approval
- Maintain cost databases and ensure compliance with company standards
- Monitor project execution to track actual costs against estimates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in electrical estimating or cost engineering
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Strong understanding of electrical switchboard components and installation processes
- Knowledge of Singapore electrical codes and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
