We are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to strengthen our project management team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, analyzing project plans, and identifying potential risks and savings. You will work with the procurement team to obtain competitive bids from subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure that all estimates comply with contractual and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing. Proficiency in estimating software and advanced Excel skills are essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to interface with clients and vendors effectively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for construction projects based on drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
- Review and analyze bid documents, contracts, and tender requirements to identify key cost drivers.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on cost assumptions.
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations, negotiate pricing, and recommend awards.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering alternatives.
- Prepare and submit competitive bids, proposals, and budgetary estimates.
- Maintain and update cost databases, historical data, and unit rates for future reference.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimating or cost management.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local market pricing.
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or industry-specific tools) and advanced MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
