Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine accurate material and labor requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive bid packages for various construction projects.
- Compare and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations to identify the most cost-effective options without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure alignment between project budgets and tender submissions.
- Maintain a database of historical pricing, material costs, and labor rates to enhance estimation accuracy.
- Participate in pre-tender meetings and site visits to assess project conditions and potential risks.
- Monitor market trends and adjust pricing models to remain competitive in the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction estimation or quantity surveying.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, or specialized BIM tools).
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and regulatory tender documents.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management.
- Fluency in Indonesian and proficiency in English.
- Willingness to be based in Penjaringan, Jakarta Raya.
