We are seeking a skilled Estimator to drive our pre-construction excellence in Jakarta. You will be the financial backbone of our projects, transforming client visions into accurate cost projections while ensuring profitability and compliance. This role demands precision, technical expertise, and exceptional client communication skills. You'll collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver comprehensive estimates that form the foundation of successful construction projects.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand project requirements and present cost estimation proposals
- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for civil and interior construction projects
- Develop comprehensive cost estimates (RAB) including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead costs
- Perform site surveys and field assessments to gather accurate project data
- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to align estimates with project scope
- Prepare tender documents and bid proposals for client approval
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation for civil and interior projects
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) and AutoCAD
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction materials, labor costs, and regulations
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to prepare accurate RAB (Anggaran Biaya Bangunan)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
