Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates (RAB) for construction projects
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements
- Evaluate work items and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Monitor project costs and report on budget variances
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure cost-effective execution
- Keep updated with market prices for materials and services
- Prepare regular cost reports for management review
- Assist in the bidding process by providing accurate cost estimates
Kualifikasi
- S1 degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering or related field)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in construction estimation or cost control
- Proficiency in preparing RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to evaluate work items and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Familiarity with construction materials and methods
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in estimation software and MS Excel
