PT Alam Indah Graha Utama is a leading expert in high-end aluminium and glass solutions. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Estimator & Drafter Project to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a critical part in our project lifecycle, bridging the gap between design conceptualization and cost accuracy for high-rise buildings, facade systems, and premium residential projects.
As our Estimator & Drafter, you will utilize your technical expertise to produce precise drawings and comprehensive project costings. You will collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and clients to ensure that our aluminium and glass installations meet the highest standards of structural integrity and aesthetic excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop accurate project cost estimates for aluminium and glass installations based on architectural drawings.
- Prepare detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation layouts using CAD software.
- Analyze project specifications to identify material requirements, labor costs, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source competitive pricing for high-quality materials.
- Participate in site visits to verify measurements and ensure design feasibility against site conditions.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to local building codes and safety regulations for high-rise and residential projects.
- Maintain clear communication with the production team to ensure design intent is translated accurately into the final installation.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the facade, construction, or aluminium/glass industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory; experience with 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Revit) is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical specifications and blueprints.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team coordination.
- Based in or willing to work in Surabaya.
