PT Prima Panel Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled Estimator (Electrical & Panel System) to join our growing team in Tangerang Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our project lifecycle, transforming complex technical specifications into accurate, competitive cost estimations that drive business success.
As an Estimator, you will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and procurement departments to ensure every electrical panel project is priced with precision, balancing technical requirements with cost-efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and customer specifications to determine material and labor requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for electrical panel projects.
- Conduct site visits or virtual assessments when necessary to clarify project scope and site-specific constraints.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source competitive pricing for components and raw materials.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of current market prices for electrical components and labor rates.
- Review tender documents and contribute to the preparation of professional project quotations and proposals.
- Support the sales team in pre-sales technical discussions to ensure project feasibility and budget alignment.
- Identify potential cost-saving measures and value-engineering opportunities during the estimation phase.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Estimator or Technical Engineer in the electrical panel industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical single-line diagrams and schematic drawings.
- Advanced computer literacy, specifically in Microsoft Excel and cost-estimation software.
- Deep understanding of electrical components, switchgear, and control panel assembly processes.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while managing multiple project quotations.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a significant advantage.
