Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze furniture and interior design blueprints and specifications to create accurate cost estimates
- Calculate material requirements and production costs for furniture and interior projects
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure estimates align with project requirements
- Research and evaluate pricing from suppliers to optimize material costs
- Prepare detailed cost reports and documentation for project approval
- Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and pricing to ensure competitive estimates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an estimator in furniture or interior design industry
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools
- Knowledge of furniture materials, production processes, and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
