Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior and exhibition projects based on design specifications
- Analyze blueprints, material lists, and project requirements to determine labor and material costs
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising creative vision
- Research current market prices for materials, equipment, and subcontractor services
- Develop comprehensive project budgets and cost breakdowns for client approval
- Monitor project expenses and provide variance reports to stakeholders
- Negotiate with suppliers and contractors to optimize project costs
- Maintain accurate cost databases and historical project data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cost estimation for interior or exhibition projects
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) and MS Excel
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Proven experience in budget development and cost control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
