In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for accurately assessing project requirements, preparing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring that all mechanical and electrical works are delivered within budget and on schedule.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine project requirements and scope of work.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for M&E works, accurately calculating material quantities and labor requirements.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Liaise with project managers, architects, and clients to clarify project details and resolve estimation queries.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports to the management team to ensure financial control.
- Ensure all estimates comply with relevant safety standards, industry regulations, and SCIS guidelines.
- Update and maintain the company’s database of construction rates, pricing, and historical data.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in M&E estimation within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and advanced MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's SCIS (Singapore Construction Industry Scheme) is highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Valid Class 3 Driving License is an added advantage.
