Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze project blueprints, specifications, and drawings to determine the scope of mechanical work.
- Calculate comprehensive material, labor, and equipment costs for industrial mechanical projects.
- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates and bid proposals within strict deadlines.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for mechanical components.
- Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities during the design and bidding phases.
- Maintain a database of historical project costs to improve the accuracy of future estimations.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to resolve discrepancies in project requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Estimator in the industrial construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in reading technical drawings and mechanical schematics.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience using estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Deep knowledge of industrial mechanical components, piping systems, and installation standards.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective vendor and stakeholder management.
