Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for automation, electrical, and instrumentation projects based on technical specifications and drawings.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing suppliers, negotiating prices, and managing contracts.
- Analyze market trends and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing and optimal quality.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to understand technical requirements and translate them into procurement needs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all procurement activities, costs, and supplier data within the ERP system.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and process improvements within the supply chain.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial) or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in cost estimation and procurement within the construction, manufacturing, or trading industry.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems, electrical components, and instrumentation products.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
