PT TRIMITRA MULTIKARYA KONSTRUKSI is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Badung, Bali. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the accurate financial estimation and cost management of diverse construction projects. You will work closely with our engineering and management teams to analyze technical drawings, calculate material and labor costs, and develop competitive bids that ensure both project quality and profitability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for tender submissions.
- Analyze sub-contractor quotations and negotiate prices to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Monitor project expenditures and track variances against the initial budget throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Prepare progress claims and certify subcontractor payments.
- Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain an organized database of material prices, labor rates, and supplier contacts.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits as required.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor in a construction company.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and industry-standard construction estimating software.
- Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building standards.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Strong negotiation abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
- Willingness to be based in Badung, Bali.
