Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare highly accurate cost estimations, material take-offs, and Bill of Quantities (BoQ) for diverse interior fit-out projects.
- Review project drawings, technical specifications, and design concepts to identify material and labor requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate competitive pricing with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Manage project budgets, monitor ongoing expenditures, and prepare variations orders (VO) as needed.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and site supervisors to align financial projections with actual project execution.
- Conduct site visits and post-project valuations to ensure accurate cost-benefit analysis and final account settlements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Estimator, specifically within the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishing techniques, and current market unit rates in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
