Are you an analytical and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in construction cost estimation? HOKBEN (PT Eka Bogainti), Indonesia's premier Japanese-style quick-service restaurant chain, is seeking a talented Procurement Engineering Staff (Civil, Architecture, MEP) to join our expanding Project Development team in Jakarta Timur.
In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our restaurant expansion and facility maintenance. You will be tasked with analyzing material costs, estimating unit prices, and engineering value to ensure all projects are completed within budget and according to our high-quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and estimate unit prices (Analisa Harga Satuan) for civil, structural, architectural, and interior works.
- Develop and implement project cost optimization and value engineering plans.
- Conduct detailed reviews of Bills of Quantities (BQ) and technical specifications for tender processes.
- Sourcing, negotiating, and establishing strategic partnerships with contractors, sub-contractors, and material suppliers.
- Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comprehensive cost comparison matrices for management approval.
- Collaborate closely with internal project managers and architects to align on MEP, civil, and architectural requirements.
- Monitor procurement schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials to construction sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Procurement Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, or Cost Estimator.
- In-depth knowledge of civil, architectural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) materials and installation costs.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CAD software (AutoCAD) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willing to be based at HokBen Headquarters in Ciracas, Jakarta Timur.
