Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs from architectural and interior design drawings.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BQ), and budget proposals.
- Analyze material requirements, labor costs, and project specifications to ensure profitability.
- Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials and services.
- Monitor and track project expenses to ensure they remain within the allocated budget.
- Prepare progress reports and support the project team with financial documentation.
- Participate in project site visits to evaluate progress and verify actual site conditions vs. estimates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- At least 1-3 years of experience as an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor, preferably in an interior fit-out environment.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical interior drawings and blueprints.
- Strong computer skills, including expertise in Microsoft Excel and cost estimation software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with suppliers and clients.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
