Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) for various architectural projects.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure accurate project estimation and material requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end tender process, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of contractor bids.
- Collaborate closely with internal project managers and architects to optimize design costs without compromising quality.
- Perform regular cost control, monitoring, and reporting throughout the construction phase.
- Coordinate and negotiate effectively with external vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure competitive pricing and service delivery.
- Analyze project variations and provide commercial recommendations to mitigate financial risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in estimation or quantity surveying within the architectural or construction industry.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and high-level skill in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of construction materials, building techniques, and Indonesian market pricing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical capability and extreme attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
