Are you detail-oriented with a knack for numbers and technical drawings? Profindo Karya is looking for a dedicated Estimator Support / Project Admin to join our dynamic team in Tangerang, Banten. In this hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our project estimation and administrative processes, ensuring that our interior, furniture, and MEP projects are accurately scoped and efficiently managed.
As an Estimator Support, you will play a critical role in analyzing layouts and 3D models to calculate the precise quantities of materials and labor required. Your accuracy will directly influence our project bidding, budgeting, and overall success. On the administrative side, you will help maintain project documentation, coordinate with various departments, and ensure smooth project workflows from start to finish.

Tanggung Jawab
- Calculate required quantities for civil interior, furniture, and MEP works based on 2D layouts and 3D models.
- Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates, material takeoffs, and project budgets.
- Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to determine project scope.
- Maintain and organize project files, contracts, blueprints, and estimation documents.
- Coordinate with the project management and design teams to ensure alignment on project specifications.
- Prepare summary reports and assist in the preparation of bidding and tender documents.
- Perform general project administrative duties to support the daily operations of the team.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as an Estimator, Quantity Surveyor, or Project Administrator (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome to apply).
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and analyze 2D layouts and 3D CAD drawings.
- Proficiency in estimation software, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills are a must).
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
