In this role, you will play a critical part in our data strategy by designing, developing, and maintaining efficient Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes that turn raw data into actionable business intelligence.
As an ETL Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, optimize performance, and support the underlying infrastructure of our analytical ecosystem. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines to integrate data from diverse source systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform comprehensive data profiling and quality audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated data jobs to ensure optimal performance and timely delivery.
- Optimize SQL queries and database structures to improve processing efficiency.
- Document data workflows, mappings, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing.
- Support the migration of legacy data to modern cloud or on-premise data warehouses.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in data analysis and ETL development.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (writing complex joins, stored procedures, and window functions).
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or Airflow).
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts (Star/Snowflake schemas, dimensional modeling).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) is a plus.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a contract-based environment.
